Install it

Hit Copy signature above, then paste with Cmd+V (Ctrl+V on Windows) — the rich formatting comes along.

Outlook (new / web)
  1. Settings → Accounts → Signatures.
  2. New signature → name it “WYRE”.
  3. Click into the editor and paste (Cmd+V).
  4. Set it as default for new messages and replies, then Save.
Outlook classic (Windows)
  1. File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
  2. New → name it “WYRE”.
  3. Click into the edit box and paste (Ctrl+V).
  4. Pick it under “New messages” and “Replies/forwards”, then OK.
Apple Mail
  1. Mail → Settings → Signatures.
  2. Select your account, click +, and paste (Cmd+V) into the signature body.
  3. Leave “Always match my default message font” unchecked — checked, it strips the signature styling.
  4. If the signature landed under “All Signatures”, drag it onto your account in the left column.
Gmail
  1. Settings (gear) → See all settings → General.
  2. Scroll to Signature → Create new, and paste (Cmd+V) into the editor.
  3. Set the signature defaults for new emails and replies.
  4. Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
